By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in our programs.

Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required for enrollment in our programs, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or enroll in a program. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet any program-specific eligibility requirements we communicate to you, such as physical, licensing, or documentation requirements.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or any material that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful

Enrollment and Program Participation
Enrollment in a Linemen Academy program is subject to availability, completion of any required application or Change of Status forms, payment of applicable tuition and fees, and satisfaction of any prerequisites we establish for the program. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into a program or a specific start date.
Program schedules, curriculum, instructors, locations, and start dates are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes affecting their program.
Students are expected to comply with all academy policies, codes of conduct, safety requirements, and applicable rules of any training facility or partner site used in connection with the program. We reserve the right to dismiss a student from a program for conduct that violates our policies, poses a safety risk, or is otherwise inconsistent with academy standards.
Fees and Payment
Tuition and fees for each program are as published or otherwise communicated to you at the time of enrollment. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice, and previously quoted fees are not guaranteed for future enrollment periods. Fees paid are not transferable and may not be credited to another student.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or billing errors, including incorrect charges, and to bill or refund the correct amount accordingly. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for information about withdrawal from a program and refund eligibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Linemen Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Linemen Academy, including advertising and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linemen Academy and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in a program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site or a program will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linemen Academy and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your participation in a program, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site, and the “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or participation in a program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
